Jim Dine
- Jim Dine is an American painter, graphic artist, sculptor, and poet. He was (born June 16, 1935) in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dine attended Walnut Hills High School, the University of Cincinnati, and received a BFA from Ohio University in 1957.
- His themes include those of Modern art, Neo-Dada & also Plants Works as shown below. Some aspects I appreciate, are the combinations of colours Dine uses in his Neo-Dada works & how they fuse well, Personally I think colours & textures can be easily overlooked. But Dine seems to appreciate the details & importance of colour.
